Ans: Backing of the Start date of the agreement is allowed. However there is a limit to how much back dating can be done. As per the current rule, back dating of the online Leave and License Agreement is allowed to a maximum period or duration of only 4 months from the present date on which the first biometrics (execution) of the parties to the agreement happens. Incase the date choosen is more than 4 months back, the drafting of the agreement will not be allowed further and generate the draft. Ans: Front dating or Future date of the agreement is allowed. However, there is a limit to the amount of days from the present date on which the Future date can be considered. According to the current rule, front dating or future dating is allowed for a period of only 4 months from the present date or the date on which the first biometrics or execution of the parties to the agreement happens. Similarly any further period beyond this 4th month from the current date or execution date will be rejected.
